I go on about it now and again, but isn’t it so that monday is your number one driver for a new week?
Here we are again, we are right here again, right at the heart of your decisions on whether you’re going to have a good week or not. That is correct, your “decision” on whether to have a good week or not!
It’s not somehow “beyond your ability” to have a great week is it? Of course not!
I may sound repetitive here but monday is so important to your week and good week”s make a good month, which means SUBSTANTIAL progress. This is what we’re after at the end of the day, so your momentum starts right here for the next 5days right up until friday night.
If you stop your excuses right now, you could be well on your way this week to making a substantial dent in your body fat, to a more impressive hard body, to lots and lots more energy, if you want to be one of those people who seems to attack life head on and get results, then you have to get out there today/tonight and get a great workout under your belt.
Then you have a shower, you have a meal of good protein such as chicken, turkey, lean beef, any kind of fish, with some good carbs such as wholewheat pasta, brown rice, sweet/jacket/new potatoes, with a wide variety of vegetables. Then you have a well-earned sleep and wake up on tuesday feeling well-rested, full of energy and full of wonderment on what your new day has to offer.
REALLY THIS CAN HAPPEN!!
If you manage to have a week full of these habits, you are on course, you are on the road to amazing health and fitness. Does this sound far-fetched, hope it doesnt because you are very capable of doing it.
As jean says, its about moderation so have a bit of what you fancy at the weekend, as long as it doesnt turn out to be one huge blowout!!
Anyway, back to right now and the job at hand, its monday and lets make it happen, a big future awaits for you if you do!!

Thought i’d give your sight a go. Desparate to get into shape. Please help me get started?!!!
totally Bummed out Monday.Got 2 fantastic muscle knots 1 below my neck between my shoulders and 1 under my right shoulder blade.Kills like hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not even my porstions of Lavender/peppermint oil are working……been looking back cos i’m sure you have mentioned this in the past Ker.Been drinking a lot of water and eating a fair few Bananas today but still got them…..
i would personally put a bag of frozen peas over the affected area for 20 mins, then go for a hot bath. then repeat over a few days until better. Should improve the situation
still aint gone Ker.Tried your peas didn’t touch it.Tried bloody everything so have booked in with a local Aromatherapist.Thing thats peeve’s me off is every mad thing i’ve been doing nothing soon has i stopped to go away end up with this Knotting crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you seen what i was lying on down the Gower though i wouldn’t last a few days,but had nothing soon has i came home bang all this trouble.Its not helping that i cant wait to get on the TG/Bike again tried this week but could only mange very little so didn’t bother……see if this lady can sort me out tomorrow now 🙂

aint improved at all think i’ll have to give up and visit the Doc’s.But more than likely he’ll only offer what i’ve been taking no and then anyway.May try a bit of light stuff on the TG see if that helps?can only make it worse i suppose 🙂
i wouldnt try to work through pain cyril, just do what you can without any pain and try to do that every day, so you have some sort of exercise at least. Good luck and cant wait to hear you’re back firing on all cylinders again!
its not so bad now so doing what you said.Seen a diff aromatherapist on wed and she’s helped me hell of a lot see how i go next week and i may have to see her again.But its OK at the moment.Its been a right pain couldn’t do bog all with it.It was like someone sticking a knife between my shoulder blades!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! done my TG this morning and seems fine at the moment.Bike in the morning thank gawd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! one thing i will say though Ker jumped on the scales last night and it was flicking between 17.13 and 18.01.So i have a sneaky feeling i could have got to 17.10 when on hols but missed it 🙂 if i did i would have lost nearly 2 stone since last october.nice and slow has i said.

had a nice 11 miler this morning stiff now but dont mind this type of stiffness/pain.You now its cos you’ve done something 🙂
