I can encourage, coach you, raise your standards of performance, but deep down, YOU need to want to get fit, get healthy and feel better about yourself.
Nobody likes being told what to do or definitely everyone hates being forced to do something they don’t want to do.
When you make your own decisions, you will likely give more effort in everything you do. When you really want something, and understand there’s going to be some hardship and challenges along the way, you are already very likely to succeed.
I can advise you on a plan that will work for you, but you have to tell me how that plan will work if you have to raise 3 kids at the same time, how to fit it in, shorten some sessions due to lack of time so we can still get the best out of you.
I will also tell you its vital to have everyone at home onboard too, a supportive environment is everything, not only at the gym, but at home and ideally a couple of your closest friends too.
You can see that your mind has to be fully onboard too. If you really want to be fit and healthy, you WILL find a way, you will stop telling yourself “stories” on why you have never done it before, and you need to realise and follow through on why this time will really be different.
Everyone’s time is precious, use your exercise time wisely. This is why having a coach overseeing your sessions is much more likely to get the results you want.
Get good results, and you will be much more encouraged to carry on. Keep getting good results and those around you are much more likely to see giving you great support, which will be invaluable.
