I was pretty fired up last night to tell you the truth, i have days of inspiring people putting some inspiring performances in, and its no surprise to you maybe that makes me well, inspired!! I also have people who could do better sometimes, and that’s what gets me pretty frustrated. I want the best out of everyone and when they don’t get there, it disappoints me but i know tomorrow is another day, so we will give it a shot then.
Another reason to get fired up is not letting this 84 day challenge ramble on like some kind of automated blog that puts out post’s full of cliche’s and not real world advice. I try to say it as i see it, and if that upsets some people, then that’s hard luck. The people who it upsets may need to look themselves in the mirror anyway, and examine why they are not reaching their goals.
Life is not about existing anyway is it? It’s not about just working your way somehow through to the weekend, and getting wrecked down the pub? Is there more to life than that?!!!
If you’re not excited about your life, isn’t it time to look at yourself in the mirror again and get off your behind and do something constructive about it? I have countless people asking me for help in all different situations, but when i give them the direct approach on how to get their lives back in order, many of them look at you as if you are from a different planet, and then they go back to their comfortable lives that they are not actually comfortable living in!!!
Those of you who workout on a regular basis and eat good food, tell me right now it doesn’t FEEL AMAZING?!!! Really tell me it doesn’t feel that good and you don’t have loads of energy in your life all of a sudden?! I THOUGHT YOU COULDN’T SO LETS GET OFF YOUR BEHIND, THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE BROWSING AND NOT TAKING PART! I URGE YOU TO DO IT AND GIVE YOURSELF A BETTER LIFE!!!

I shaved 280cals off my intake yesterday and at 3am this morning I woke up really hungry, didnt go back until after 6am, didnt want to go down for anything, didnt trust myself. I like it Ke, “all the gear and no idea” it really is true of some people out there. Anyway IF YOUR SHOUTING I CANT HEAR YOU, its what we need at the mo. Cant honestly say yet that I FEEL AMAZING Ke, KNACKERED would be the word I’d use, feeling better obviously, my breathing getting easier, can remember when I did feel AMAZING and cant wait to get back there. I watched LORAINE KELLY’S BIG FAT CHALLENGE LAST NIGHT 8pm ON BIO CHANNEL. You really should watch it Ke cos I cant put into words what it is like. UNBELIEVABLE, she has her work cut out, we are ALL SAINTS IN COMPARISON

Woke up late and hungry, ate a lovely breakfast THEN remembered I was due for indoor workout. Like to do it a.m. as Keri says other things can get in the way later.
I am going to have to lift my game again. You and Cyril are really motoring.
Cyril, where do you cycle? Sounds a good place to go if it’s quiet and hilly.
Dumping the junk will more than likely give you a headache, Cyril. But it will pass as quickly as it came. I gave up coffee once and it was murder. Just shows the effect our diet has on our bodies, eh?
they built one behind my house on an old railway line and it goes up hill gradually all the way to the top 2.8 miles to the top of it.They want to do it all the way to Brecon!!!!!! that would be a ride.shame no many use it?the birds are going crazy up there so the change in the weather cant be far away thank god.Starting to get webbed feet 🙂 still got that poxy headache????never mind has you say it will pass….. 🙂
headaches for 2-3 days can be common after giving up junk, just the evil stuff leaving your bodu kicking and screaming!
Well Guys, I am officially knackered. My calves are really painful 2day after the squat thrusts yesterday, WALKED 10MINS JOGGED 10MINS WALKED 10MINS JOGGED 10MINS WALKED 10MINS, 50MINS in all. The only way I could do it, wasnt coming home until it was done. If u live near Brecon Cyril, you are better off than me, its beautiful up there. Ur headache will pass, Debs, is right, drink plenty of water and take a pill. Debs, why cant you get into it? Just think of the LEATHERS and BIKE, tell you what I HATE, its January right, and your thinking GOT TO LOSE WEIGHT B4 SPRING, put all your winter clothes away and bring out the SPRING COLLECTION and guess what, you havent lost any weight, u see everyone else in their nice clothes and your still wearing baggies and sweat pants, BUMMER, so you think ok, will do it for the SUMMER and the summer comes and your still wearing BAGGIES AND SWEAT PANTS, so you think ok I’ll do it for XMAS, get into that little BLACK DRESS, you see where I’m goin with this Debs. Trust me I am speaking from experience, been doin that for the last 2/3 years, NOT THIS YEAR THOUGH, IT WILL BE DIFFERENT, I am goin to be successful, and so are u guys. It’s BABY PORRIDGE Cyril, no getting away from it mate, we’ll make a man of you one day. You have been busy too, well done, that baguette sounded nice, well done for sticking to only half, what have you done with the other half, good on you I would have ate it all. Well havent had all my meals yet;
9am REAL MAN porridge, half banana, blueberries, milk allowance for the day
1pm nibbled on a breast (of chicken I hasten to add)
2.45 Rainbow Stir Fry (Asda) didnt fry in oil, dry cooked it a spot of water, with chicken breast, the one I nibbled earlier
thats all so far and its 5pm, goin for a short walk now, knee bad again, thank goodness for Ibroprofin
I’m back, done a 30min walk over the BEACH Cyril, bloody cold, and have had a large Jacket potato which I will count as 300cals, another chicken breast with a massive salad WITH Vinigarette dressing, NO BREAD. 180cals.

have sugar free jelly and yogurt for later, the yogurt is 90cals Total 1,170cals
Ke, dont know whether to do an indoor workout 2mo, cos of my painful knee again, have stopped the STEPPER, if I stop the squat thrusts, will it be worth doin or shoulds I do an hour on the bike down the forestry. Have Jasmine at 9.30am so whatever I do will have to be over by then.

inside workouts jean are always vital to keep your firmness, boost your metabolism, and strengthen your joints so definitely worth it without squat thrusts yes!
