Thursday, 18th November

As the weather gets even gloomier, now is the time to bust out of all that by taking yourself to places you thought were long forgotten!

At 14, you probably thought you would be capable of anything for the rest of your life. Nothing was too much of a problem and you had high aspirations in just about everything!

At 18, this idea was probably reinforced very strongly!! You start to think that you are indestructible at this age, and anything you try seems to come off in your favour, physically at least!

At 30, you started to look back at 18 maybe as your peak, and some minor aches and pains started to come in. You may not be quite so quick as you used to be and everything is starting to become a little bit more of a struggle.

At 40, sport or any activity may have been a distant memory and you may be too embarrassed to ask the best advice on how to get going again. Annoying ailments such as bad backs, bad necks etc start entering your life and you sort of accept that you’re never going to be as active again.

At 50, health is probably very important to you because major aches and pains are there, and the risk of serious ill health rises significantly. 50 years of age in the now the most popular age to exercise and people in this age group are exercising in very large numbers. This is the age when finally, people realise that they CAN do something about the ageing process and what comes with it.

The facts are that the average 50 year old I train now is anything BUT average. There’s a test I like to do sometimes on the general public and it staggers me every time.

For example, if a 18-21 year old woman asks me to measure their body fat, it typically ends up being around 28%, don’t ask me why but that is the average number I usually come up with over a large cross-section in that age group.

So remember that is the 18-21 age group.

The typical female 50 year old I train right now would have a body fat of around 22%. Some a little less, some a little more.

This shows (I have the statistical) evidence to back this up that age REALLY DOES NOT MATTER. As long, as you approach your eating in a consistent and sensible manner, and you train regularly throughout the year, you WILL significantly reduce your body fat and put your health into a superior range.

It’s a shame it takes many people until 50 to realise it, but if you are this age and still treading water when it comes to health, there is a pathway waiting right now for you to achieve some major things in your life.

It all starts right here and sourcing the information required. Its all here so lets get it going!!!
