The extra running workouts are meant to boost you overall in terms of endurance and strength. This work is meant to be done ON TOP of everything else.

All of you who have taken part so far have improved, and are capable of developing much more again, which is of course the goal.

The sessions are designed to work you past your previous limits, and give you fresh confidence that you can really become a good runner with some good well thought out sessions.

We are human beings and we will have bad days as well as good days. You won’t feel amazing all the time, but over time you will improve remarkably, just give yourself time and stick with it.

I have found that set programmes over weeks don’t really work with running. Some will improve quickly, many through will need support and will need to work on certain areas. We are all different and that’s what makes us all so special so we all need individual help.

In all my training programmes, the progress moves on so fast that all of you are constantly moving on to the next stage.

For example, one week seemingly you are struggling to lift 5kg weights, then by week 4 maybe 6kg weights are easy, that’s the power you have to improve, especially if you are eating well too, and getting to bed early most nights.

Give yourself a great chance of getting into your best shape by eating well and paying attention to your diet in general. Keep eating clean, keep energised at all times and keep that water coming in all day long.

You are entering a new even more demanding period of your training and i’m expecting very big things out of all of you. Doing the basics well will make all the difference. Stay consistent, keep showing up and be very optimistic that you can surpass all your previous bests!!!

The sand dune session was amazing this morning so let’s fire yourself up for much more again!!

Going from point A to B in the quickest and safest route has always been our strategy. Getting fit and healthy the right way, and making it sustainable will always be what we are about.

Getting stronger and healthier, and really realising that as long as you stick at it, you will continue to keep on achieving big things along the way.

Avoiding distractions along the way is critical to making it as smooth a journey as possible. People will always tug you in different directions, especially the ones who want to make a quick buck out of you.

You know by now that shakes and bars diets will lose weight initially, but as soon as you get back to eating properly again, you will pile that weight back on and much more again.

You know by now that exercising in a dangerous way, and this means overdoing it and working until you sick is not only dangerous but idiotic and will have severe repercussions on your health.

There’s nothing worse than realising that a faddy diet didn’t work after all, that slamming yourself into the ground is counter-productive and you may have picked up longer term injuries. Mentally this can be extremely tough to take, and difficult to recover from.

The best way will always be to set conservative initial goals, and month by month you can easily surpass them as long as you stay consistent. This is not only a far more realistic way, but much more enjoyable and sustainable for you both physically and mentally.

Our greatest performers are the ones who stick with their programme but constantly reach for more, they set new records (against themselves), are constantly feeling better, they are optimistic they can reach more and more, and become great examples of what is truly possible with the human body.

Thanks for all your efforts, keeping me excited about what i do and inspiring me to show up every day and do my best!!

Seeing it through and keeping our philosophy intact should always be seen as one of our strengths.

Seeing it through means we are developing stronger minds, not wilting under pressure to take the easy way out or quit, we become stronger every time we beat that feeling to take the easy way out.

We do have a remarkable amount of individuals who are changing quickly. The foundation of how they do it is very strong too.

Eating real food is sustainable, and getting educated how to eat properly and why we do it is vital. This means your results are always going to last, and you will develop an ever-increasing amount of energy.

Your training is sustainable too. You are encouraged to get stronger, to recover quicker in between each exercise, you are encouraged to become a better runner, cyclist, weight trainer, and become an “athlete” in all true meanings of the word.

You shouldn’t accept the fact that you may have bad balance, through our training you have every opportunity to get much better balance, to strengthen your core and become ready for anything that life has to throw at you.

Real fitness doesn’t mean relying on machines.

Real fitness means learning much more natural movements, getting your body to move in the way it was supposed to, become much more flexible and really sharpening up your reaction times.

Keep training the right way, don’t fall for yet another faddy diet, and really see this through because you know if you give it enough time, it’s going to work big time for you!!!

When you look back at your life, the moments you will be most proud of will likely be the ones where you stepped out of your comfort zone in the pursuit of something you believed in.

Don’t allow the lull of comfort to stop you getting what you really want.

If you don’t go for it this time, then you will keep putting it off until it’s so far at the back of your mind you never get it done.

Allow yourself to dream big, to set big goals, and focus on things that really stretch you.

It’s never too late. Each day is an opportunity to start again, to move in a new direction or confirm the good direction you are already on.

If you’re honest with yourself, you will know where you are playing it safe and where you could do better or improve upon.

You can’t choose safety when you are trying to get the best out of yourself every day.

You can’t pursue greatness AND comfort at the same time.

Step out of your comfort zone in set some goals to get there. It’s all about growing as a person too.

A good strategy is to tell a close friend of a goal you really want to achieve, and tell them to check in on you regularly to see how you are getting on.

Do the same for them so you can both keep a focus and work towards something together.

Make sure you both celebrate the goals when you get there!!

When you know what you have to do, how often you should train, what foods you should eat and when-it’s still absolutely vital to STAY FOCUSED all the way through.

Most people start their journey with laser-like focus and resolve, but along the way, all these interesting “alternative routes” pop up, and they start taking unnecessary detours.

What many of these people discover, and one of the things that you might have learned also, is that once you go off course, its hard to get back on track.

You lose your momentum at least, and you may even get completely lost.

The fastest way to get from point A to point B is with a STRAIGHT LINE.

This means we need to avoid detours and dead ends, and do whatever we can to rise above the clutter (misinformation, myths, fitness frauds and fads), and fly a direct route to your destination.

You need to stay on the path and not get distracted. Stay strong and finish even stronger. When you do this, you can make a remarkable transformation in your body and mind, and faster than you ever thought possible.

Keep hitting your sessions hard, keep eating well and keep your mind focused on doing well and don’t tell anyone put you off. Staying the course is the most important thing, making sessions even when you don’t want to make them, and trying to keep improving each and every week. This is when the big results happen!
