The most important reason for you to be healthy is known best by YOU.
I can tell you all day long that it’s vital for you to be fit and healthy, to have good and safe levels of blood pressure, to have a strong heart, to have good circulation, to exercise to boost your mental health, to keep your bones and joints strong and not invite pain into your body through inactivity and eating badly continuously, but that advice will count for nothing until you be honest and see it yourself.
The driving force within you comes from you, it could be for your kids, your grandkids, to keep those closest to you happy but unless you REALLY want to do it for yourself, you will often fail to keep a sustained effort up, you will continuously be looking for a “miracle” pill or workout to somehow do it all for you and everything will somehow be “okay” as if by magic.WRITE down privately what is important or MOST important to you, how being healthy and out of pain and sickness would make that so much better, and write down that you know showing up at least 3 times to the gym and eating right is the only way to achieve what’s physically and emotionally important to you.
Anything and EVERYthing is possible, it’s all down to you and putting yourself in the right environment to achieve it.
