It was deeply alarming news I heard this morning when I heard that 50-60 per cent of people in this country are eating ready meals regularly. Would you really want to eat something that is days, weeks and even months old?!!!!

This would explain the ever increasing obesity crisis, and another huge factor now is amongst older people relying on them as their main source of food providing little to no nutritional value.It’s the number one way to get weak, to decrease your bone density just when you need it as you get older, hurt your balance, the number one way to get used to NOT digesting your food properly and a big reason why so many people see a big decline in their physical health which only accelerates a big mental health decline.
If you are training hard and relying on ready meals, you won’t be able to replenish your lost energy, lost muscle mass and fail to recover remotely near the level you need to.With ready meals you soon won’t have enough energy to exercise, you will experience massive highs and lows of energy and mood, and generally your health will be compromised.
You DESERVE TO REWARD your body with good healthy food, as fresh as possible and if you are on your own, REWARD yourself with NUTRITIOUS snacks and meals to build up your strength, to recover from your hard training sessions and simply to FEEL BETTER because you deserve to feel fit and strong.Don’t be influenced by anyone else because they won’t be looking out for your health, they just want the easy way out of sticking a load of rubbish in plastic into the microwave!!!
