The hot weather makes us realise that today’s weather is a gift. A great cool breeze, plenty of wind and absolutely terrific training weather, especially if you have been training over the last couple of days too.

We have a lot to be grateful for.Your ability to exercise and at a good level should be appreciated greatly too.

Once you are fit and healthy, you NEVER want it to end. You never “retire” from feeling good, you never get fed up of being able to walk or even run up a mountain, it never gets old when you set a new personal bestThe weather can be seen in two ways, it’s either a temporary blip that you become determined to come back strong from, or work through (like so many of you have), or it becomes two days that sets you up for two weeks OFF which can turn into two months off or even two years off and all of that downward spiral entails.

Life isn’t against you at all, so many gym members have come back from bigger odds and gone onto to become champions and true inspirations, yesterday or monday was not the day to give up, it was the day to feel truly grateful for what you have and realise what you are capable of once again.
