There is absolutely no “failure” with us, but I urge you to be competitive with yourself and get to know what you are capable of. For example, doing a bear crawl up the hill all the way to the top is easy to dismiss as “I will never do that”, then the thought of doing it backwards becomes a joke-UNTIL you actually do it (over time).
Nobody expects you do something really hard first time, but whatever that challenge is we strongly urge you to TRY.
If you can crawl for example 2 yards and that’s it, you have a starting point.
Next week that will turn into 5 yards. Over the next two weeks after that, it will become 10 at least, and suddenly you are learning the value of persistence and internally you will be gaining tremendous self-confidence and inner pride.
That competitive instinct inside of you will be ignited and re-awakened into a burning live fire.
Once that fire comes alive, you will be stoking that fire constantly by saying “what’s next”.
Your proudest moments in your life came about when you achieved something memorable, gaining an emotional high from something that you once thought beyond you.
I urge you to keep showing up, and keep being excited what you are really capable of. The positive boost to your mental health will be seismic and literally change the way you think night and day for the better.
