Mid-way point

So hows the week going?

Can you see how important monday and tuesday are now to get right and get some good workouts in, to cleanse your body from all the excesses of the weekend?

Don’t know about you but i have some real momentum now and feel pretty good about my progress this week.

Im off to Butlins this weekend for 3 nights so its even more important i have a good start to the week. Its vital to plan your week, plan your workouts and aim to do well early in the week ALL the time!

The other option is to have a rubbish or non-existant start to the week and write the rest of the week off, an outcome none of us want so i suppose its a question of actions speaking louder than words.

Is it going to be a “could have, should have, would have” week for you, that turns into a rubbish month, or will you finally put those excuses out with the bins tomorrow and move your programme along a few notches and dont look back??

Its wednesday night and you have it in your power to finish off big before the weekend! Lets do it!!

  1. Hi Ke, well my week is going well so far, eating is better and according to the scales I have dropped 5 lbs, when I weighted on Mon I had stayed the same, but it was the weekend drink. So 5 lb off is giving me a bit of incentive. I am also going away Mon to Fri next week, we have booked into The Riverside Hotel near Stratford Upon Avon, Queen size bed ensuite and balcony over looking the river, needed a queen size cos I can lose him when he snores. I am going to do my best to stay on track, taking my bike and trainers, the room has got broadband but I dont want to take my LAPTOP, so I wont be checking in with you. Hope you enjoy your break with your family, it’s nice to get away. We will be catching up with the boys up there, you remember Trevor and Allan, you met them in the Ship. Training today went well, cycled 1hr 20mins and did press ups and dips 105 per exercise, chained my bike to a tree and did some sprints, short ones from tree to tree, just something extra, no big deal really. Total training time1hr 42mins, got a soaking, but the shower was that much nicer. Ho, and you know you are always telling me that I should be having 1,500 calories, well that is what I have been having, cos I was finding it hard on 1,000 to 1,200, and in the past when I have been on that much and gone over I have thrown in the towel, cos I thought “well I have blow it now” but 1,500 and I am not hungry and as long as I train everyday I am using at least 500 cals in my training, my point being Keri is that you were spot on again, and all the time I was thinking that 1,500 was too much. Anyway mate will post the rest of this week, c u 2mo.

  2. thats such an inspiring post jean and an awesome week for you!!
someone like you who is capable of burning A LOT of calories needs the 1500 and make every workout count, enjoy your break and speak soon.
