After a period of isolation, it was absolutely fantastic to see you all this morning at the gym. The difference between isolation and training at the gym is an extreme one. I was lucky because I had the benefit of great family time.All of us have experienced isolation at times throughout lockdown, not seeing different faces, in some cases not seeing anyone, no social interaction, and in general not feel good after a while, and in some cases not WANTING to see anyone after a while, which becomes highly dangerous to one’s mental health.Being in an environment where people around us continually lift us up is invaluable.There will be times when we don’t feel like training, but we know as long as we show up, we will somehow be transformed to the right mindset required to take action and do great things, elevated purely by the people around us, and be so glad we made the effort to come to the gym.So no getting back into it gently for me, I love the noise, I love the slamming of iron on the floor, I love all the emotions, energy, laughter, banter and the atmosphere full stop 100% of the time, and I know how to make it work for everyone’s advantage, especially if they have had a bad day and need lifting up.You are cordially invited to the greatest everyday party on earth, and it kicks off again tonight at 330pm after an already thrilling morning, let’s go to work, there’s some incredible music being played and I know I am biased, but all the new playlists are mind blowing!!!
