The 3 H’s
Your HEALTH will always be number one. No matter how much money you have, how much influence you think you have, without your health, you are taken out of the game, you have no say, you won’t feel good, you will be living in worry about now and the future, and without your health, you will realise you have zero foundation.
When you have your health, everything and anything is possible full stop, it is all encompassing, so your workouts are not “an option” they should be mandatory and transformational for your health, and how you want to live every day.
Your HEADSPACE-what goes in between your ears is critical and crucial, and is a direct beneficiary from your workouts and the way you look after yourself. Getting your mind in the right place is absolutely vital to get a great vibe into your daily life. Living with anxiety, regret and worry is no way to live, and there’s plenty you can change about that.
Your motion, your movement and the people you associate with directly affect your headspace, if you don’t pay DAILY attention to how much you move, the way you move and how you take care of your body, then your head WILL suffer, this is why we absolutely prioritise movement above anything else-make it happen.
Your HEART-your workout is always great for your heart-you know that. But you need another heart too, the type of heart to have a go in the first place, it’s called guts and determination, and no matter how many times you are knocked down, you will get back every time and have yet another go, because if you do, eventually you WILL be successful if you learn by any mistakes you make (and you will make them), dust yourself off and come back stronger enact and every time.
Our greatest champions at the gym all have a big heart, they have tenacity, they have grit and they have a resilience to come back from whatever life throws at them. Never quitting, never giving in means you need to dig deep and find how strong a heart you really have, and we believe you really DO!!!
These THREE H’s are absolutely essential to live your life every day full of pride, effort, happiness and achievement. Don’t leave any of them waste away, you need to work on them every day so you never get in a rut, never get in a place where you don’t want to be, and you finally realise what you are really capable of right now and how you can use them to create an amazing future too.
