The big start of the week hits me Sunday evening when I need to get my mind right.

 Either I let doubt come in and put up with a wheezy chest like I had today, or I do get down the gym and do something big to clear all the cobwebs away. 

The Sunday family tradition of exercising Sunday night is well and truly happening in a big way. I competed against my oldest boy on the ski machine 5 min challenge and I just beat him, healthy competition can be good and let’s you know where you are.

The exercise cleared my chest (i have suffered from asthma all my life but exercise is the only thing that clears it), cleared any doubt and has set me up for a great week to come. There’s no counting down the days in business, you are either all in as you can’t be half hearted at anything, or you will get mediocre results. We think big and we have to give it everything, every single session, every single day. 

I have seen this year decimate so many people’s confidence. Instead of battling their doubt and anxiety through their workouts, they have let others make them live in fear every day, when their workout would have been their secret key to unlocking the paralysis their mind was in.

I urge you to get off the settee and back into the game. I am going flat out right up until the 23rd December to deliver some amazing workouts, we have 60 workouts to do this week alone, and I am going to give it my absolute best so get ready to show up with determination and a great attitude. 

Your attitude and actions are exactly what you CAN control and they will have a direct affect on how you feel, how you think and how your life over the next few months turns out.
