You go 4 it Cyril, long as its not a BANANA HAMMOCK “SPEEDO”, well done. Dont know what to say about myself, lost it mate, big time, goin again to the Van 2mo, and we are goin on a boating holiday next week, I am thinking “may as well start back after the holiday”, know its a cop out. Didnt do anything when I was in the Van, but did go for a run yesterday, 33 mins, but my eating was all over the place, so waste of time there then. 2 day I have done nothing, no excuses, you are a CHAMP Cyril and I wish you and Debbie well for the rest of the challenge. Hi Ke, hope our son enjoyed his day yesterday, didnt turn out too bad. Best wishes to you all. Jean x
thank you jean for all your help and best wishes, went to folly farm and laugharne on his birthday and thanks for remembering! Dont worry about it “blowing it”, i will be here right here to support you when you come back, nobody will judge you and i still think you achieved great things!
You have a whole summer in front of you so can’t be bad!!
cyril
sounds as if you are going for it so good luck on that, could be a big day for you!!
And be easier when kids go back!!
thanks for your continuing efforts, much appreciated!
eating will get better tomorrow im sure, posted this eating list as i have had a few requests for shopping lists.
My grateful thanx 2 u Keri, It is good to know you are here to support me when I get back. I had hoped to do sooo much better than I eventually did. I take quite a few PLUS’S away from this challenge.
1) I have started to enjoy training again, no seriously, I have, when I am out there I enjoy.
2) I have STOPPED USING MY PUMPS, which is a very BIG PLUS 4 me
3) Like Cyril, I have started to THINK about my eating, just havent got to grips with it yet.
4) I do believe very much that when the weather improves “I WILL DO IT” NO EXCUSES
5) And to prove that I am still thinking about TRAINING, have bought a folding mountain bike to take with me on the boating holiday, Ken wouldnt put a cycle rack on this car, “it will spoil the paintwork”.
6) And finally, I have enjoyed this challenge and I do regret not doin well, letting myself and Keri down. The plus’s are making new friends, my SWEETIE CYRIL and MY GIRL DEBBIE. And Keri, we all appreciate the hard work and time that you put in to this site, especially as you have a small family, your time is precious, and it takes alot of time to keep this site goin, THAN YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. And I dont know if anyone else has thought of this but, IF I COULD HAVE PRINTED OFF EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE BLOGGED SINCE DAY 1, JUST MY STUFF, IT WOULD BE LIKE A DIARY, AND WOULD HAVE BEEN IN MY OPINION INVALUABLE TO ME TO BE ABLE TO READ WHAT MY COMMENTS WERE. KNOW I COULD HAVE GONE BACK, BUT TOOOOO TIME CONSUMING, just a thought, think it could have helped me. Did try, but the software didnt respond. Thanx again Keri and all who supported me. Best wishes Jean xxx I’ll be back
Will b back on this wonderful site after my hols
thank you jean, your help is very much appreciated and kind thoughts appreciated too. Have a great holiday!
