Lots of families at the gym, probably an all time high right now.

Here’s how the family thing works in a big way. 

The parent training is a great example to the child, they watch you in everything you do, and what a great example you are to them.

Then the child training makes a big difference to their development. Learning coronation, agility, strength, endurance, speed and working as a team is transformational.

If your child does sports for example, it will transform their sporting performance over time, it really is a massive head start for them, and makes the difference between enjoying their game and being able to show their skills because they are not tired all the time and not walking around the field.

When you are fitter everything is much more fun.

When the grandmother trains that really is the ultimate leadership example. 

If you are thinking you are too old, too overweight, don’t have enough time, don’t think you can do it, then you telling yourself LIES and the WRONG story.

I have NEVER met anyone who can’t get out of pain, can’t get more mobile, can’t get more positive and more purpose in their life AS LONG as they are willing to commit to 3 times a week exercise, again don’t let anyone talk you out of a great future by saying you can’t or shouldn’t do it.

Always look at the person writing you off, do they have your best interests at heart or are they showing that THEY don’t have the get up and go and courage to get going themselves.
