Have you won your day today?
Did you workout today?
Did you do something that you have never done before today? Did you get out some junk from your diet, and chose healthier food?
Did you put in a better performance in your. workouts today? Did the weights get a little lighter than usual?
Is your motivation better? Do you associate exercise now with feeling good? Did you walk on your lunch break?
Or was it a struggle to get out of bed today? You couldn’t face the challenge today (don’t worry tomorrow is another day and you can do it-we support you).
Did you walk or drive to the gym but couldn’t face walking in (don’t feel bad many go through this from time to time).Walking through the door is often the hardest bit!
Did someone put you off training and you listened to them? (time to get rid of your negative influences in your life).
Have you enough support in your life or do you need extra support? Maybe changing your environment into a more positive one can work dramatically.
Lots of things going on every day for ALL of you.
Life is a series of decisions and actions that ALL have consequences.
I REALLY want to help and support you, and tell me your story.
Tomorrow is Friday, it’s maybe the end of the week but it could be the START of a new exciting future for you IF you take action.
