You have a window to train every day, Nobody has all the time in the world, nobody has that time ever.
There’s always something going on, something is bound to come up and something will be guaranteed to take your time away from you-unless you protect it.
Training should be unnegotiable. You need to get it done so the rest of your life can flourish.
If your foundations in creating energy are not there, then your get up and go will literally be on the floor.
If you have more energy, you create and do more things full stop, so you had best invest even a short amount of the time you have in your day into your exercising.
NOT ONE person I know that Is successful over the LONG term doesn’t have great energy, great health and a great outlook in life.
You need a minimum of THREE windows a week to get your workout done, or you are stopping yourself being everything you can be. Here’s the way I think of it.
One workout is 20% of your capacity.
Two workouts are 50% of your capacity.
THREE workouts are 100% because that third workout is worth the first two put together.
It’s the culmination of everything that counts, and it’s the prime reason why your efforts will multiply on top of everything you do.
Your best friend is momentum so give yourself every chance and make it three times every single week.
