“Winging it”, “blagging it” ” “talking a big game” are strategies many use to achieve success.

Putting loads of flyers out as a business and when someone finally walks in you aren’t concerned about serving them well, after all “business is easy right”.

When it comes to fitness, you can’t blag it. Of course, you can take fat burners and ruin your insides. You can do once in while workout, half kill yourself and convince yourself it will somehow get you in great shape.
The answer though, and you know deep down is to PUT THE WORK IN.
I see something magical when I walk in the gym every day. I see individuals who walked in initially with little capability who are now working their tails off, and are literally creating magical transformations in all areas of their lives.
If you want extra hope in your life, put a workout in and often, make it part of your life, and get committed to being healthy AND happy!!
The magic fulfilment you are looking for only comes when you knuckle down, put the work in and having the grit to see it though. See your workout programme through, and you develop grit to go after anything else you desire in life-that’s FACT.
“Blagging it” never works, don’t pretend there’s any other way than rolling up your sleeves and truly getting stuck in.
