It is still an honour to train anyone who has faith in you do and to do a great job for them, and we take it very seriously, every time.
If someone is willing to invest their time with us, the least we can do is give them our best, because only our best will lead to massive change and will end up making a transformational difference.
So from our end, hopefully you can feel the force of good we are trying to throw at you. We are trying to give you everything, give you the lift you need every day to go out and do great things.
Here’s what we need from your end of the deal. You need to eat right, as little chemicals and rubbish in your food as possible. You need to NOURISH your body every day, and recover well from our workout, eat well, eating fresh when possible will make the difference between ok results and staggering results.
You need to make sure you hit the sack early every night too. If you’re training hard, you need proper rest, your body only improves when you sleep and the more quality sleep you have the better.
We have a deep responsibility to do our very best for you, and thank you for your trust and effort. All we need in return is you doing your best and making it to us 3 times a week, and shopping for good food to heal and energise your body.
It’s a two way street and when we work together and the effort is two way, it’s then that the incredible results are guaranteed.
