Remembering that we are good enough is great practice because so called “failure” ought never to put us off permanently.
We all fail and anyone who says they haven’t is lying or they play it “safe” which really means they never actually try anything in life, never go for it and never have a go when the rewards are high.
The person who is confident enough to have a go will usually take the reward in life and it’s waiting for you too. BUT it will require some daily consistent ACTION from you.
You have to change your mindset which comes from action and doing a workout (it always lifts your sprits and ultimately resets your mind where you see most things as suddenly possible).
When you fail you must remember its only someone else’s “opinion of you”, and if you keep trying then opinions eventually change as you improve.
If you take daily action then you are likely to approach every challenge with more and more energy, learning from past mistakes, refining your approach and finally get it right, because its in the trying that we get it right.
Nobody ever got anything by holding back and scrolling their phone all day on the settee, nobody ever got anywhere from ducking challenges and nobody got any big rewards in life by saying “maybe next year” which never ever comes.
Seize the moment, remember you are good enough and most of all remember to KEEP trying until you get there (because good things will come with enough effort).
