Most people will know it when they are ready to be healthy. It is often pointless to try and “make” someone healthy and the benefits that come with it.
They will often make lots of excuses, “I haven’t got enough time” despite there being 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and they can’t spare even 20 minutes 3 times a week.
“I have no money left”, despite a walk in the fresh air or bodyweight exercises costing nothing.
“None of my friends exercise, none of them eat well and they say it’s a waste of time”-Are those friends healthy? Do they have health issues and bad aches and pains in their body? Should you really be listening to them?
“My mind is not ready for it”-There’s never a perfect time or circumstances to get fit and any doctor will tell you exercising is the very BEST thing for your mind and mental health in general.
Every single person has an opportunity to get fit and healthy and improve their health dramatically. All It takes is moving more, eating healthier and aiming to get fresh air every day and some good company with preferably a positive encouraging personality.
The evidence is strong, it’s up to you if you CHOOSE to be healthy or you CHOOSE ANOTHER lifestyle that won’t have anywhere near so many positive health outcomes for your body AND mind.
The old saying is “Genetics loads the bullets, but lifestyle will are them”-Stack the odds in your favour.
