You were made to make a difference in life I believe that.
You are never too old, too unfit, it’s never about knowing the “right people”, you will make a difference every day if you have enough energy and ‘get up and go’ to do it.
We have many individuals in retirement doing great things every day at the gym, and then doing great things in the community, they make a BIG impact and have boundless energy.
Keeping busy is important, but it’s not a cliche, doing things keeps our minds busy, keeps our sense of purpose strong and keeps us on track and keeps a good balance in our lives.
We have kids who are great players, ever improving players, humble players and most important very supportive and encouraging players, they are lessons for life and the journey of self improvement should be taught early and the fact it ought to never stop.
Helping others, helping yourself all starts with you working out, developing energy, gaining self confidence and self esteem to step up and have a go at life every day, so don’t stop working out, that way you will be able to help so many other people in the process in all sorts of ways.
