There’s never a perfect condition day for training. MANY of you this morning had an ailment, recovering from something and some have many things going on in their lives that not many people know about, yet put on a smile and grind great workouts out no matter what.
See your workouts as a balance maker, if you go down the negative, depressive state too much, then you need your workout to balance you back out again.
You can’t stay euphoric all the time either, that high will always come back down so the exercise balance is even more important.
Nobody needs massive highs followed by incredible and often devastating lows in their lives.
Exercising, eating right, fresh air and good company keeps everything in a good order even when you may be tipping over the other side, keeps you well balanced and makes life much more enjoyable and predictable (in a good way!).
