Tues 22nd Sept

Most people who exercise want results overnight, they want to be pain free in a couple of sessions, they want huge strength increases in a couple of sessions, and they suddenly want a great lung capacity in a week’s training.

BUT the reality is not a week, you WILL improve in a month, and over many months you wlll see a tremendous difference in yourself physically and mentally and your standards will only keep rising from week one.

Don’t become the one who trains for one week, then has two weeks off, and then a week here and week there. Be the one show shows up all the time, in good times and bad times, using exercise as the ultimate daily stress buster for your mind as well as your body.

You won’t be motivated every single day, but your commitment to showing up will carry through any any situation, keeping you sane through all the highs and lows in life, and keeping your life on an even keel just when at times you may think of throwing in the towel.

Life is at times very tough, but if you exercise regularly every week, you WILL become more resilient, you will develop inner strength to overcome any challenge and you will finish every week with a sense of pride and achievement that you are getting better all the time, doing it the right way and not trying to take short cuts and falling for fads and gimmicks that never work long term.

Keep going and keep fighting!!
