f you can LOSE your mojo, motivation, get up and go, then you can absolutely REGAIN it, but it depends on you regaining your habits.
Just think when you miss lots of workouts, you will not be motivated to eat well, maybe missing breakfasts or eating sugary breakfasts, snacking on pastries mid morning when you wouldn’t have even considered them before, eating less protein overall so you are less satisfied, and always chasing the next sugar fix.
Your moods will be up and down (mostly down) because exercise not in your life so much will hurt your mental health, more lows than highs, and more negativity and irritability than feelings of wellbeing.
It all depends on you-scheduling your workouts IN, showing up regularly again and quit making excuses. It may have been very warm this week, but doing less IN your workouts is perfectly acceptable so take the pressure of yourself, this way you stay motivated to eat well, you have the mental health benefits and energy and motivation comes back into your life.
