Very impressed with everyone last two days already, a mammoth effort on the new programme, the understanding shown by everyone was outstanding and a very challenging programme was executed superbly well.
In this weather, it will always be a case of “do what you can do” but the very high standard confirmed to me we have a very large number of very good athletes in the gym!!!
Don’t forget zero pressure from me, we will always keep the gym as cool as possible and always monitor everyone throughout.
