Each day we have an opportunity to put it right, to get better, to feel better and to advance our cause.
We don’t need to consult anyone either, we need to get our heads down, we need to get some tunnel vision, and we need to execute and get the job done.
We can get stronger every day, we can become more resilient every day, we can develop more grit and from all of this we get more determination.
Monday is the ideal day to set our stall out, to make sure we feel better, to set our standards and to never drop them, to see our workouts as the catalyst not only to perform better but to feel better mentally too.
