It’s very easy to get put off by the process of doing hard things.
If you think about how many workouts you have to do to get better, then that can be off putting. If you think how hard initially it is to reduce a lot of sugar in your diet and to do it consistently, then it doesn’t seem like too much fun.
BUT if you keep focusing on the results you get from the process, then you will keep seeing success, and the initial discomfort will be hugely worth it.
And as you get more and more workouts in, the process of exercising gets a lot easier and your body will start to respond stronger and stronger. Once you get through a few days of cutting down your sugar, you will never go back to eating high sugar foods, you will find it sickly and cherish more natural food.
Lifestyle change means exactly that, you are CHANGING how you live, with change comes enormous results with your body too, what you put into your body matters big time, how much and how well you move matters massively too, the positive results will often be staggering.
Once the results come, mentally you will be stronger too, knowing that the initial sacrifice pays off and over time becomes much easier to maintain too, and it’s easier to stay with it and reap the benefits, rather than the keep quitting/start again trap that wastes so much time and messes you up emotionally as you constantly go from big highs to big lows.
