A big complement to us we often get is people tell us the power of working out next to someone very positive and this allows you to elevate your performance. They also say the importance of a support circle at home and around them.

This is a very underrated part of our gym, support is everything.

Contrast that with other messages I get from time to time. 

“I want to start training but I don’t get any support from those closest to me”.

“I don’t drive so rely on lifts, but nobody will give me a lift to the gym”.

“All my family eat poorly and hate exercising, so I don’t feel I can start exercising even though I desperately need to”.

“People I hang around with don’t have much ambition, and they consider exercise a waste of time, they will have a go at me if I join a gym”.

Starting exercising is hard as you will remember, but the environment and support circle you have should never be taken for granted to enable you to KEEP ON exercising with all the ENDLESS benefits, physically and mentally.

Avoid if you can the people who suck the energy and hope out of you, and cherish the people who support you, they can be the difference between success and failure for you.
