These two new programmes are an honesty checklist.

Are you still strong and willing to try new movements out to test yourself and get even stronger? Have you been ignoring your strength or not been lifting what you are truly capable of?

Are you happy with your mobility and flexibility? If yes then great but we are trying to take you even further, if you’re not happy with it then these exercises are the answer.

Being honest about your fitness is the ultimate reality check, keeps you strong and keeps you out of pain. 

With exercise you must stay on it all the time to feel as good as you possibly can, it is hard work but the more you put in the bigger the rewards too, and at the end of the day, it’s done to YOU how much you are prepared to put into it.

Be honest, be one of the hardest workers in the gym and strive to continue to improve-that philosophy will guarantee a high quality of life!!!
