The movement workout today is designed to do two things.
To make you move better and get your body out of pain and develop tremendous endurance.
The second thing is getting lots of fresh air, as March is likely to be much drier, so we can slam in a lot more outside activities that we couldn’t do so much of in jan/feb.
March means almost spring, and being outside more means more fitness and wellbeing required to enjoy it more too.
Being outside means sleeping better too, fresh air and daylight is proven to help you sleep better which means you recover quicker too and in general, feel heck of a lot better every day and makes yourself much more ready for life’s challenges to come.
I urge you to take full advantage of these workouts throughout march, they won’t only give you huge fitness levels, they will make you feel fantastic and guarantee you great recovery in between because your ability to rest and recuperate will be at its highest so far this year.
