Lots of people don’t feel good anymore, in terms of feeling unhealthy and overwhelmed, I get the comments a lot in general life.

The question you need to ask is “are you doing the things a healthy person would do”? Broadly and in general, you will know what it means to be healthy, fit and strong or you should know by now.

You may talk about wanting to be healthy, but there needs to be a follow up from you on your habits, normal behaviour and actions.

Exercising 3 times a week-can it be ticked off?

Eating healthy 80% of the time with an occasional treat-can that be ticked off?

Exposing yourself to a positive and encouraging environment and people-is that something you practice REGULARLY.

Do you have fresh air every day?

Common sense questions, but in reality, many people don’t actually follow these vital practices for body AND mind.
