Checklist for this week

2. Have enough clean healthy food in the house. If you have high sugar, food full of chemicals, fizzy pop in the house, you are only destroying your health and not building it up and nothing good will come from having that rubbish in your house, physically OR mentally. A great week for you means eating right and cutting the rubbish OUT.
3. Sleep is medicine. Early nights matter more than you think, providing you with enough energy, enough drive and enough recovery from your workouts to do great things day after day.
4. Choose the people you allow on your bus CAREFULLY. At the gym, we need those who are fully onboard with our mission, we need those who offer positive energy and encouragement, we don’t need anyone on the bus who don’t share our values, they can join another bus, our mission is strong and to see it through, we need an army of positive and uplifting soldiers determined to do GREAT things.
