If a doctor gives you medicine to take, one week you take it every day as prescribed, the next week you take it once, the week after 3 times, the week after that not at all, and then twice the week after, and then you complain the medicine has not worked, what would think the doctor’s response would be if you told him/her how often you had really taken it?

Of course he/she would look at you daft as you are expecting good results from the medicine and very unlikely to get it if you aren’t consistent of course.

With exercise, if you exercises 3 times one week, then once the week after and so on with the random pattern, should you expect great results from exercise? Of course not.

Exercise we have proven to be amazing medicine for your body and mind, but only if you are regular, consistent and stay in the flow of it.

Your consistency is your true secret, at all costs make sure you get it in at least 3 times a week to experience the massive pay offs.
