We all need a mission, something to get us up in the morning with purpose, an important reason to do things often above what we think we are capable of.

Our mission should take us out of our comfort zone, and to a place where we will feel proud we have got to, as we know there would have been many hurdles along the way to jump over.

Our mission shouldn’t be a once a week thing either, once a week means “something we do now and again”. Our mission requires us to be ON IT well and truly and this means more or less every day and something we give great importance to.

Our mission is personal to us, but examples could be being fit and healthy to look after our children or grandchildren, it could be reclaiming our health we have let slide for a long time, it could be getting out of pain in our bodies, it could be having enough energy, plenty of get up and go to launch our own business or step up into a more demanding role in our workplace, whatever it is, you HAVE to be fitter, healthier, be more energetic and have more staying power in whatever your mission is.

All missions are hard, tough and always difficult to stay on course with, but if you get your commitment levels right, make your health an absolute priority every day, then all missions can be successful and that sense of purpose will only take you onto greater heights in all areas of your life.
