It IS a shock when we change the programme, we do it so often based on science, and there’s always strong reason why we train like we do.

You WILL be stiff first time you do it, and if you don’t show up as often as you should, that will keep happening. Show up regular and the discomfort soon goes and you will excel in your performances at the gym AND GET EXTREME results you really want.

From training people individually over the years, when I took over at the gym, I REALLY didn’t want o be a gym stuffed with machines and a “hope for the best” type attitude because I know that type of place fails people relentlessly-there are endless examples. 

Our training philosophy is our secret sauce and changes the game for everyone involved. You have to train right full stop/

We rely on great people with intelligence, courage and hard work ethic attempting our programmes and you never disappoint us!!! We are so grateful for this immense effort from all of you.

We will never be a go through the motions gym, we will always be an ALL IN effort type of place, training based on the latest science and tailored to our members.

Also, we realise many of you have already done great things at the gym, but we want you to have even BIGGER DREAMS so your mindset, attitude, and your expectations should only keep on rising.

Show up relentlessly, do the work and keep your health at the very top of your priorities, because without it, you won’t have much left and nowhere near the options in life you have right now-keep making it happen.
