Out of gas, run down, can’t sleep, can’t get up early, depressed, life has no meaning, can’t get motivated, vicious circles, I can never find time, I’m too old, it always happens to me, life is so hard, I’m in pain 24/7, I hate my life, I’m stressed, I can’t catch a break, I have to have my comfort food, I am existing not living-are ALL parts of sentences I hear from people each and every week when they want to start exercising or want a better lifer for themselves..

Most people in those situations need a RE-CHARGE, a RE-BOOTING, a lift up when they need it most.

You know by training regular at the gym that it lifts you up.

You know that when you are training, you have way more motivation to eat well.

You know when you training, you will SLEEP and rest much better.

You know when you are fitter and healthier, you are capable of giving more as a parent because your mood will be much better, same as a grandparent, friend, work colleague, business owner, and human being in general.

The biggest gift you can give someone is the gift of moving more, eating better and being around for them to be a great uplifting influence for them at all times.
