You are tired, you can’t do it today-
Reality is you have either not slept enough ,got to bed too late, or eaten rubbish food.You haven’t made it today or yesterday or all week even all month-
Your workouts ARE NOT important enough to you anymore, you have forgotten all the good intentions you had when you started.Even when you aren’t feeling well, you know it’s because of what you eat and how little you move, you know you should move a lot more but you keep on drfiting along.
You need a massive RESET and to remember your deep down reasons to get fit, to not go down the route of relying on the doctor’s surgery to bail you out with tablets just to get by in life.
It’s a free country but I do know when you challenge yourself more again, ultimately you feel btter.When you get back into a schedule of eating right and working out properly again, you will sleep better and your wellbeing will have a massive lift.Every action you take has consequences and outcomes, both good and bad.
