Tuesday 5th May 2026

You may have come a long way already, feeling much better and proud of what you have achieved so far, but there’s a lot more and you need to keep attacking new opportunities.

This new programme is one big opportunity that so many of you are embracing. A very tough programme only one week in is being completed quicker, with less rest in between and with better performances every time you try it.

This is the standard, but don’t rest on your laurels. AIM to keep getting better, don’t settle for just “okay”, keep getting MORE out of yourself and keep believing in yourself, because if you keep showing up, then your body will continuously and naturally adapt to the ever increasing demands.

We back you to keep doing great things and get endless benefits from doing so.

Monday 4th May

Bank holiday Mondays are usually the day we feel sluggish, tired and often wiped out, and feeling great and hitting tuesday with a lot of bigger and enthusiasm will feel like way off what we are actually feeling like.

A few of us in the family did a workout this afternoon, I started off sluggish too, but I soon got going and hit a personal best on the bench press (not my all time best but my best in a good while).

The workout made us all feel better, laugh more and set us up nicely for whatever the week has to come.

You NEED to get that connection, that exercise makes us FEEL BETTER, puts us in a better MOOD every single time, and gives us a much better structure to our week.

When we do our workouts, it keeps pain OUT of our body, and we must always focus on getting stronger, because once we think our best days are behind us it shuts off something in our brains, and we start to go downhill and sometimes pretty fast!!!

You feeling good tomorrow is a matter of just getting going, the first 5 mins maybe uncomfortable, but after that I GUARANTEE you will feel 100 times better than when yo came in through the door!!
