Negative thoughts, negative talk from others, negative talk from OURSELVES to ourselves is a fact of life, but it’s up to you if you let them win or not.

You don’t have to accept it, it’s only an opinion, it was never backed by science, it was only usually coming hugely negative people themselves.

Negative opinions never come from people who do GOOD things, negative people never come from people who encourage others and negative opinions never come from people who had have any kind of success themselves.

Today start off how you want to carry on, refuse to take the “word” off someone even if they are close to you, don’t let them doubt you anymore, don’t let them put limits on your life anymore and please stop them deciding which opportunities you should be taking in life too, it’s NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM especially if they are good opportunities that are backed by science (and common sense too on top!).

Don’t hide in the corner, don’t hide behind the settee, don’t ever think you aren’t good enough anymore.

Most of all, stop fighting with yourself, cut that negative self talk, you ARE good enough, you are strong enough, you have got it in you and you have got the fight in you to keep showing up and doing well, making YOURSELF proud during the process.

Spring is officially TWO days away, the sun is shining, it’s warm and everyone seems in a better mood! I always say that the hard work though always goes on during the Winter, all that effort in the dark, wet, cold days and nights really pay off NOW!!

Don’t underestimate all the hard work you have put in, the weather now gives you many more options, the fitter and stronger you are, the more activities you can take part in, and appreciate how far you have come and you can actually DO that because many people feel like they can’t anymore, don’t take good health for granted. .

So many people live in pain, live with regret they didn’t work as hard as you have over the winter or over the years, and will not have all that get up and go that you have now.

It’s not too late though, if you have been slacking on your workouts, then showing up on days like this ought never to be a hardship and the benefits will be huge for every area of your life.

Hard workouts make our lives EASIER and hard workouts only make our mental health better too. Now is the time and seize the moment to feel amazing and do great things.
