Every day I beg for opportunities to find the best method of helping as many people as possible. I don’t really know until it happens, but it comes and I have got used to seizing it.
Moments are all we have because we can’t turn back the clock. We have to make our own future, and lead others to make better decisions that will help them have better lives too.
The real best moments or opportunities rarely come at the best time. The best opportunities and blessings that have come my way have often made me sick because I have almost never been ready for them, but sometimes we need to step up and grow into the opportunity.
Are we ready to ready to respond at a moments notice because that will always be the way?
Everyday of this lockdown has been a beautiful day to take advantage of and be active. Everyone has these moments, but are you stuck in a place you can’t seem to get out of.
You know you should be training but you are stuck in moments of paralysis and fear.
I know of many people who have trained with us who have had good results, but they stop for whatever reason because they don’t seem able to go onto the next stage and make the leap despite our encouragement.
Those of you who go on to create fantastic jaw-dropping results are the ones who got out of moments you seemed stuck in.
You left paralysis and fear and said to yourself, “ive come this far, see where the next stage of the journey takes me”, and you have always surprised yourself to the upside with the outcome”.
Taking action without much fear seems like something “someone else” would do, but is the quickest way to self-fulfilment and the quickest way to you living a life of no regrets and you achieving things you thought were beyond you.
Get used to having a go, then hang a go again even if you fail. Having a go and being prepared to fail sometimes is the only way to go, refining your approach all of the time and ending up finally where you want to be.
Only you can get out of fear and if it feels sick in your stomach going for it, then it’s highly likely that the rewards will be incredible and a 1000 times worth the risk.
