You have time to make decisions on how you move your body, how often and with what you put into your body.

You have time to put fresh perspective into your life, making all sorts of decisions for the better if you want them to be.

I’m hearing from those who go the pub a few times a week on how better they are feeling now they aren’t, and are hardly drinking at all.

Hearing from those who used to pick a bottle of wine from a convenience shop on the way home from work, and now they are not, and again how much better they are feeling.

I’m hearing from those who are training more than ever, trying new things and how much stronger they are feeling, and so much better overall.

The longer the lockdown goes on, the one positive is how lifestyle changes in terms of exercise and diet can affect everyone. Slowing down can have its benefits.

We all can’t wait to meet people again, to have proper social interaction when it is safe, and to do the things we have had taken away from us, and hopefully it wont be too long.

But use this time to reassess your habits, see how different you can feel when one or two of your not so good habits are taken away or cut down dramatically, and how much better you can feel if you live your days with things that are going to help you, instead of doing the things that constantly will hold you back and make you feel as if you’re struggling every day.
