Keeping a routine is even more vital right now with the restrictions imposed.

Getting up on time, eating breakfast on time, doing your exercise on time, all keep normality in your life and for your body.

The kids need to keep learning every day, they have set learning to follow from school, and its vital to keep everyones break and lunch times the same, or chaos will follow.

Miss a workout one day may not be massive problem, but miss 2 days and that will easy become 2 weeks, and then 2 months, I’ve seen it happen time and time again.

Without a routine, your days become lazier and your thinking becomes lazy too.

Scrolling through panic and negativity on social media and the papers will become your main occupation. There will plenty on how this is the end of the world, and not much on the inevitable recovery. Good news doesn’t sell, the end of the world is nigh stories will always sell out.

The best thing you can do for your body is exercise regularly, shorter sessions that jolt your body into life, jolt your immune system up another notch which in turn will fire your mind out of its slumber.

With your workouts, you can set new personal bests, set new challenges and try 6 new workouts per week on www.kerimckibbin.co.uk , without EVER having to do the same workout twice, unless you want to of course.

Keep your mind fresh by keeping active which makes you keep striving for more. Protect your routine for your body, immune system and your mind.
