A smile from someone can lift you up, make you think of a person a little better than you maybe thought they were like, just like a frown can drag you down and make you uneasy with someone.

Energy in the gym will lift you up, lifts me up and we had a ton of that yesterday. All of you give out far more positivity than you think. A very difficult time for the country at current time, which makes us all the more grateful for our great relationships we have made at the gym.

Everything you give out will lift you up or take you down. What you give out, you will usually receive too which is a big bonus.

I like walking into black clouds that threaten rain and busting up that mood. We have had banter in a big way this week and some people felt they had forgotten to laugh.

Most of you know we have a huge online presence and programme. Lots of you are using it and are benefitting immensely. The number of videos I am putting on is going up by the day, and the feedback I am getting makes me immensely proud of our community at the gym.

You have every opportunity to feel good every day whatever your situation. What’s a must is looking after your health, being responsible for your own level of fitness, both in your body and mind which is of prime importance now and in the future.

Everything you do will either inspire others or take them down, people are looking for joy, happiness, someone to lift them up in days of gloom and doom for many.

We will use our unique position both online and in the gym to lift people up, lift their spirits and make sure you are strong enough to get through anything. Smiling, a sense of humour and laughing is something we all need to do more of.

I will be still very serious about training, but be prepared as always to get your sprits lifted to previously unchartered levels!!
