I don’t believe anyone really “settles” for mediocrity, nobody really believes their best days are behind them and we all want good and exciting things to happen in the future.

When you believed that you were going to have a great life all those years ago, it coincided with your health being good, your energy being good and you weren’t around too many negative influences.

Your health is still the catalyst, your energy is still vital and the company you keep still dictates what choices you either aspire to or talked down to.

I learned a long time ago that food and exercise could either make me or break me.

I know that “party food” at christmas time would make me feel terrible both inside and out. I know that too much rubbish into my body would make me think differently too, and always to the DOWNSIDE.

I knew that no exercise would bring back my asthma, bring low ambition into my life and bring back extreme doubt and lack of confidence.

The bottom line is that exercise and your high quality of food and drink will dictate how far you go in life, and provide you with the fuel to energise you to great heights if you are consistent and surround yourself with a positive environment.

You have never been happier when you feel good. You have never been happier when someone tells you that you are looking damn good!

Tell yourself the truth and keep putting the work in and drop the excuses that stop you doing so.

We all have 168 hours a week, how we prioritise them makes ALL the difference.
