My boy asked me to make my body the same as Ronaldo’s.
I know this is not achievable due to my work and life commitments.
But I couldn’t say no, because I’m going to show him what can be done if you work hard enough !
It will make him think twice and hopefully he will know that it is achievable if he wants it and works hard enough!
What we leave our children is vital !
Nothing materialistic, just show them that physically and mentally it is possible to chase your dreams. Go and get them I say!
So , yeah I’m after the ‘Ronaldo’ body 
knowing I won’t get there, but planting little seeds in his little mind along the way.
