Having your best go at every day is everyone’s goal, but most of us never do.
Sometimes though it’s the everyday things that brings us eventual happiness. A sweaty session grinding it out may not sound amazing but you have to realise exactly what it gives you.
Nothing is achieved without showing grit in life, getting down there and slugging it out. If you can learn to grind it out, then over time, better things will start to happen.
One day won’t make a difference on its own, a series of days will, a few weeks a big difference and a few months you can be a different person.
PUTTING YOURSELF FIRST is not selfish in exercise terms, because until you sort your health out, your energy out, your wellbeing out, then your mind will never get right.
We are all on here to SERVE others in a good way I meant, not a slave, we are here to HELP others have better lives but we can have a better life by first sorting our health out, and with a TON MORE ENERGY, then our expectations will rise.
You won’t have big expectations when you have low energy and you know your health isn’t right, and are irritable all the time that’s for sure. If you’re in a bad mood all the time, then people will be too afraid to approach you.
Exercise will change your moods, and instantly change your opportunities. If you become more approachable and open, then people WILL offer you more, want to help you more and include you in their lives.
I’ve seen plenty change their outlook, perspective and indeed their lives by finally getting their health right and watching their opportunities literally spring out from there.
It all starts with having YOUR BEST GO at every day, and let the momentum build until it becomes unstoppable. Just watch the opportunities flow from there. Start your new mindset from tomorrow and see where it takes you.
