Day 22

How’s your fourth week started? This is a pretty monumental week for you all and im all fired up to see it goes well for you!!

I usually measure individuals once a month, and this is an excellent guide at a really meaningful interval to see how well you are really doing. I know quite a few of you are making substantial progress, and i’m thrilled to see that happening and perhaps, its time to make you realise why you’re doing all of this in the first place.

The connection you should be making between being healthy, being fitter, feeling better should be there now.

The connection you really need to make is how all of that feels TO YOU. What are the things that really make you get out of bed in the morning and do all of this stuff?!!

Some of you may be thinking you want a better family life, to make sure your kids future is a better one because you’re there to give them more energy, more drive and ultimately more quality of life. This can be exciting and very motivating, it certainly can be for me and i know it is for many of you. Some of you are great grandparents, and you want to see the long term future in a healthy body, and you want to be able to contribute in all ways!

What about you if you were Β in a job where your performance was going down the tubes?!! Has it improved and do you have fresh ambition to do better, or even get a new job or even start your own business? Some pretty powerful emotions have to happen to create change, but if you’re fit and healthy and have an abundance of energy suddenly, its very much in your power to create this unbelievable change in your life.

Change doesn’t have to happen over a long period of time, change can happen in an instant if you really want it and have desire to create real change. It may sound easy for some to say that but unless you try, how do you know change isn’t really possible?

Do you create meaningful change by calling for bottle of win on the way home, or chocolate, or crisps? Is that good change in your life? Of course not!

Making good changes to your shopping list will work well for you, making bigger plans for your workouts will create big change, hitting the sack earlier will help you more than you ever thought.

The biggest change you can make though is simply leaving the crowd behind, and becoming a leader because you know you all have it in you really. We have all been frustrated with certain elements of our life either now or in the past, changing it for the better can take a lot of guts, but it is very liberating and encourage you to make life-lasting change in your life that will ultimately make you have peace in your life, and make you feel grateful for what you have achieved.

It’s always the journey that’s the most satisfying, even though many of you are on course to achieve great things. Overcoming adversity will make you stronger than you ever imagined so let’s give it a huge go this week in all areas of your life.
