Giving back is a cliche, but i am truly humbled by all the great work local people in burry port and beyond put into local sport. They are the ones who inspire me.
We are all about sport as a gym, we live and breathe pro sports training every day, and it’s all i research each and every day. I see the value it brings our members in all areas of their lives, both mentally and physically.
Sports brings many different qualities out in youngsters, too many too mention here, but without it, our young people’s future would never look so good.
Sports bring plenty of opportunities in life, and like the discipline of training, transcend into everyday life and into the careers our youngsters will have in the future.
We aren’t expecting anything back, as we have more than enough members, and as we are already planning for the long term, a partnership with the local sports teams seemed like a natural fit.
We need to support those who give up their time and energy for free every week. They have fought hard to keep our local sports going in spite of terrible government cutbacks.
We have many members at the gym involved in both sports, as well as many in other sports in Llanelli and beyond, netball is a great example, so we salute you all and the inspiration you give!!!
