Hi Ke,
I enjoyed reading your Blog, it could have been written for me. Everything you said is true especially the excuses I make. Have trained for years on and off as you know, and its true, when I am training and in a routine I am a much better person, disiplined, full of energy, happy and ever optermistic. However at the mo I am at my worse ever.
Weight – Heaviest ever!
Health – Worst ever, have become asthmatic because of the weight I have gained!
Mood – My frame of mind is rock bottom, my husband likes a drink every night, so I just join him, which in turn increases my appetite. The only time I dont have a drink is when I babysit my granddaughter.
Anyway will start from today. feeling positive, am 13 stone 6Lbs. Will let you know how I get on. Know what to do with diet and exercise, will stick to walking till I drop a stone.
Thanx Jean
You are absolutely right, most of us at one time or another have let ourselves go, and we all need to get a reality check and really buckle down again. Another good comment you make is that you are optimistic about life when you are at your fittest and healthiest, this is a common state of mind for most when they don’t drink so much, they exercise and eat well. Life needs lots of energy so i look forward to hearing on your progress!!
